I am a BURGER LOVER! I could eat them every day of the week. Sometimes I fantasize about the perfect cheeseburger all day long. It's really sick. Unfortunately, this is not a heart healthy hobby to have. So I've had to make some changes. I've always been skeptical of turkey and chicken burgers...sounds so boring and not nearly greasy enough. But I finally caved and gave it a try. So this is my spin on the chicken burger and I must say, it was fabulous!! This recipe is now in weekly rotation at our house. Even Clint could hardly believe what he was eating was relatively healthy and guilt free. Plus, chickens aren't cute and cows are.
1 lb ground chicken (i've found turkey to be too dry)
1 tablespoon Mrs Dash Table Blend
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1.5 tablespoons worchestshire sauce
1.5 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
handful or two of breadcrumbs (i think this could be optional)
pinch of salt and pepper

I intended to take this photo before I started eating but I forgot until I was halfway through. :0)
